Directions
1 Heat milk and cinnamon stick until just simmering.
2 In an 8 ounce mug, combine the cocoa powder, sugar and water. Stir to make a paste.
3 When milk is ready, remove cinnamon stick, and pour into mug. Mix well. Add the vanilla and stir.
Additional Information
Make sure you use cocoa powder, not Nestle Quik. Don't substitute powdered cinnamon for a stick, because you will have the cinnamon powder floating on top of the hot chocolate.
