Ingredients
4 serving Beef, top loin, strip steak, raw, 1/4" trim , 1 inch thick
0.33 cup dijon mustard , coarse-grain
1 tbsp chopped parsley
4.5 tsp honey
1 tbsp cider vinegar
1 tbsp cold water
0.25 tsp hot pepper sauce
0.12 tsp black pepper , coarse grind
1 Onion, red, fresh, large, whole , sliced 1/2 inch thick


Directions
1 Combine mustard, parsley, honey, vinegar, water, hot pepper sauce and pepper.
2 Place beef steaks and onion slices on grid over medium coals; brush both with mustard mixture.
3 Grill 9 to 12 minutes, turning once and brushing with mustard mixture.
Additional Information
Serve with corn on the cob and a salad.
