Ingredients
3 tbsp honey
2 tbsp dijon mustard
2 lb lean lamb loin chops , 8 chops
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tbsp dried rosemary
0.12 tsp black pepper


Directions
1 In a small bowl, mix the honey and mustard. Set aside. Trim excess fat from the chops. Rub both sides of chops with garlic and press with the rosemary and pepper. Put on a broiler pan and cover with foil.
2 Broil the chops close to the heat for about 5 minutes. Turn chops, rub with honey mixture, and broil for several minutes or until done.
