Ingredients
1 fresh avocado , peeled, cubed
2 fresh mango , cubed
1 Grapefruit, white, fresh, large, 4 1/2" , peeled, segments cut in half
1 tbsp honey
2 Juice, lime, fresh, yield per fruit
1 pinch kosher salt
1 pinch black pepper
1 Lettuce, red leaf, fresh, head , washed and separated
1 Greens, radicchio, fresh , leaves washed and separated


Directions
1 In a large bowl, mix all of the ingredients; stir well to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour until cold.
2 Line 6 salad plates with red leaf and radicchio leaves and spoon 1 cup of fruit salad on top.
Additional Information
You could even serve in fancy glass dessert dishes for a different after-dinner treat.
