Directions
1 Preheat broiler.
2 Wash salmon and pat dry.
3 In small bowl, whisk vinegar, honey, and soy sauce. Transfer 1/4 C. of mixture to small microwave safe bowl. Set aside.
4 Blend red pepper, salt, and five spice powder. Massage spices into salmon.
5 Coat broiler pan with cooking spray. Place salmon, skin side down on broiler pan.
6 Place under broiler for 16 minutes or until fish is flaky. Baste with vinegar mixture during broiling.
7 Transfer salmon to serving platter.
8 Microwave reserved vinegar mixture on high for 20 seconds. Spoon over fish and garnish with onions.
Additional Information
This also works well with any kind of fish, shrimp, or chicken.
