Ingredients
1.75 cup Baking Mix, dry (buttermilk)
0.5 cup yellow cornmeal
0.5 cup Milk, 2%, with add vitamin A & D
1 oz honey (2 tbsp)


Directions
1 Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
2 In large bowl, combine all ingredients until dough forms, beat 30 seconds.
3 Turn dough onto surface dusted with baking mix.
4 Gently roll in baking mix to coat. Shape into a ball, knead 10 times. Roll or pat out 1/2 inch thick.
5 Cut with 2 inch cutter dipped in baking mix.
6 Bake on ungreased cookie sheet 8 to 10 minutes, until golden brown. Serve with additional honey, if desired.
