Ingredients
3 tbsp frozen orange juice concentrate , thawed
1 oz honey (or agave nectar)
1 tsp dried basil
0.25 tsp garlic powder
0.25 tsp hot pepper sauce
16 oz halibut fillets (4-4 oz fillets)
1 cooking spray


Directions
1 Preheat broiler.
2 In small bowl, mix orange juice concentrate, honey, basil, garlic powder, and hot sauce.
3 Coat broiler pan with cooking spray.
4 Place fish on broiler pan.
5 Brush fish with glaze.
6 Cook 5" from heat for 5 minutes per side or until fish flakes easily with fork.
Additional Information
Grouper or red snapper may be substituted. Also great cooked on the grill.
