Ingredients
4 boneless pork chops , 3/8-inch thick
2 tsp vegetable oil
14.5 oz canned unsalted diced tomatoes
0.5 cup minced onion
1 medium garlic cloves , crushed
1 tsp ground ginger
2 tsp ground cinnamon
0.25 cup honey
1 tbsp sesame seeds , toasted


Directions
1 Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add chops and brown on both sides, about 3 minutes on each side.
2 Add tomatoes, onion, garlic, ginger, cinnamon and honey; heat to a simmer. Cover and simmer until chops are cooked through, about 3-4 minutes. Remove chops, reserve.
3 Heat sauce to a boil, reduce to a simmer and cook until sauce thickens. Return chops to pan with sesame seeds. Heat through and serve.
