Servings
Ingredients
1 lb turkey breast strips, uncooked , about 1/4 inch thick
0.5 cup honey mustard marinade
1 cup baby carrots , cut lengthwise in half
2 cup frozen sugar snap pea pods

Directions
1 Place turkey in shallow glass or plastic dish. Pour marinade over turkey; turn slices to coat evenly. Cover dish and let stand at room temperature 20 minutes.
2 Spray a 10-inch skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium heat. Drain most of the marinade from turkey. Cook turkey in skillet about 5 minutes, turning once, until brown.
3 In the bottom of the skillet, add carrots, lifting turkey to place carrots on bottom. Top turkey and carrots with pea pods. Cover and cook approximately 7 minutes or until carrots are tender and turkey is no longer pink in center.
