1 In a small bowl, mix the lemon juice, mustard, honey, ginger, and rosemary. Place the chicken between sheets of waxed paper and pound to equal thickness. 2 Pour 1/2 of the honey-mustard sauce over the chicken and cover in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. 3 Set the oven to broil. Spread breadcrumbs over the top of the chicken and broil for 7-8 minutes. 4 In a saucepan, heat the rest of the sauce and serve with the chicken.
