Ingredients
4 sirloin pork chop , 3/4-inch thick
1 pinch salt and pepper , to taste
6 tbsp honey
2 tbsp hot pepper sauce


Directions
1 Prepare medium-hot fire in kettle-style grill. In a small bowl, stir together honey and hot pepper sauce.
2 Season chops with salt and pepper and grill over direct heat, turning and basting with honey-pepper sauce mixture, until chops are nicely browned, about 8-10 minutes.
