Ingredients
1 cup sliced carrots , thinly
2 tbsp cold water
0.75 cup sliced zucchini , thinly
0.33 cup chopped red bell peppers
0.25 cup honey
1 tbsp Butter, unsalted
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
0.5 tsp salt
0.5 tsp ground ginger
0.5 tsp dried dill weed


Directions
1 Combine carrots and water in 1-quart microwave-safe dish. Cover and microwave at HIGH (100%), 3 to 4 minutes, or until carrots are crisp-tender, stirring halfway through cooking time.
2 Drain liquid; add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Microwave at HIGH 2 to 2-1/2 minutes, or until zucchini is crisp-tender, stirring halfway through cooking time. Let stand 2 minutes and stir before serving.
