Ingredients
4 boneless pork chops , 1-inch thick, trimmed
0.25 cup fresh lemon juice
0.25 cup honey
2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
2 medium garlic cloves , minced


Directions
1 Place pork chops in a shallow dish or resealable plastic bag. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over chops. Cover and refrigerate for 4-8 hours.
2 Drain, discarding marinade. Grill chops, covered, over medium coals for about 15 minutes per side, or until juices run clear.
