Ingredients
4 boneless pork chops , about 1-inch thick
0.25 cup fresh lemon juice
0.25 cup honey
2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp cooking sherry (dry)
2 medium garlic cloves , minced


Directions
1 Combine marinade ingredients and pour over chops in self-sealling plastic bag. Refrigerate 4-24 hours.
2 Prepare covered grill medium-hot coals. Remove chops from marinade (discard marinade). Grill chops over direct heat 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally.
