Ingredients
4 whole loin lean pork chops , about 1-inch thick
1.5 cup apple cider
0.25 cup fresh lemon juice
0.25 cup low sodium soy sauce
2 tbsp honey
1 medium garlic cloves , minced
0.25 tsp black pepper


Directions
1 Combine all ingredients except pork chops and mix well.
2 Place chops in a shallow dish and pour marinade over pork. Cover and refrigerate overnight, turning meat occasionally.
3 Remove pork chops from marinade, discarding any leftover marinade.
4 Place on grill approximately 6 inches over medium coals. Grill for 10-15 minutes, turning once.
