Servings
Ingredients
2 tbsp frozen orange juice concentrate , thawed
1 oz honey (or agave nectar)
1 tsp dried basil
0.25 tsp garlic powder
6 pinch hot pepper sauce , dashes
16 oz halibut fillets (4 4-ounce pieces)

Directions
1 Spray broiler pan with nonstick cooking spray and heat broiler.
2 In a large bowl, mix the concentrate, honey, basil, garlic powder, and hot sauce. Dilute with a teaspoon of water or lemon juice if needed. Coat halibut.
3 Place fish on broiler pan and cook 5-1/2 inches from heat for 5 minutes per side or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
Additional Information
Other fish may be subsituted for halibut, such as grouper or red snapper. And the fillet can be barbecued instead of broiled.
