1 Melt the butter in a medium saute pan over medium high heat and add the garlic. Stir and lightly brown the garlic. Add the flour and stir well. 2 Continue stirring and cooking the flour for about 2 minutes. Slowly add the turkey stock while whisking. Whisk until thoroughly combined. Sauce will be very thick. 3 Reduce heat to medium and whisk in the heavy cream and herbs. Simmer for about 3 to 5 minutes. Sauce will be thick and coat the back of a spoon. If it is too thick for your tastes you can add more turkey stock a tablespoonful at a time until the desired thickness is achieved.
