Directions
1 Line a large sieve with a double layer of cheese cloth and then place the sieve over a deep bowl so that the yogurt can effectively drain.
2 Spoon the yogurt into the sieve.
3 Cover the bowl and sieve with plastic wrap, refrigerate, and let the yogurt drain overnight.
Additional Information
If you do not have a cheesecloth, a large, round paper coffee filter can be used as well. You can use this like you would cream cheese.
