1 In large bowl, mix tomatoes, peppers, onion, olive oil, and lime juice. Add parsley, cilantro, chili powder, cumin, cayenne pepper, hot sauce, salt, and pepper and toss to mix. 2 Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Serve.
