2 large tomato , seeded and coarsely chopped
1 medium red bell peppers , stemmed, seeded, and finely diced
1 large yellow bell pepppers , stemmed, seeded, and finely diced
1 red onion , diced
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp fresh lime juice
2 tbsp fresh cilantro , chopped
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp ground cumin
1 pinch tabasco sauce
1 pinch kosher salt
1 pinch black pepper


Directions
1 In large bowl, mix tomatoes, peppers, onion, olive oil, and lime juice. Add parsley, cilantro, chili powder, cumin, cayenne pepper, hot sauce, salt, and pepper and toss to mix.
2 Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Serve.
Additional Information
Will keep covered and refrigerated up to 2 days.
