1 In large glass bowl, add 3 cups of cucumbers, topped with 1 cup of onion. 2 Layer remaining cucumbers and add remaining layer of onions. 3 In saucepan, mix vinegar, sugar, salt, mustard seeds, celery seeds, turmeric, red pepper, black pepper, and garlic. 4 Bring to boil and cook for 1 minute. 5 Ladle dressing over cucumbers. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 days.
