Ingredients
1 cup whole wheat panko breadcrumbs , crushed (or any whole grain breadcrumbs)
0.25 cup Cheese, parmesan, grated
2 tsp ground oregano
2 tsp dried basil
1 tsp paprika
0.5 tsp ground thyme
1.5 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts , cut in 2-inch cubes
1 tbsp olive oil


Directions
1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2 In a plastic bag mix together all the ingredients except the chicken and oil. Add the chicken cubes to the plastic bag and shake well.
3 Place the chicken cubes on a nonstick cookie sheet. Either lightly spray olive oil from a bottle or sprinkle olive oil over the chicken.
4 Bake the chicken cubes for about 10 minutes.
