Directions
1 To prepare tomato sauce, process garlic in food processor until coarsely chopped, add basil, process until coarsely chopped.
2 Add tomatoes, tomato paste, salad dressing, vinegar and pepper; process using on/off pulsing action until tomatoes are chopped.
3 Spray a 9 inch square microwavable dish with nonstick cooking spray.
4 Spread 1 cup tomato sauce in dish.
5 Layer half of ravioli and spinach over tomato sauce.
6 Repeat layers with 1 cup tomato sauce and remaining ravioli and spinach. Top with remaining 1 cup tomato sauce.
7 Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate 1 to 8 hours.
8 Vent plastic wrap. Microwave at Medium power for 20 minutes or until pasta is tender and hot.
9 Sprinkle with cheese. Microwave at High 3 minutes or until cheese melts.
10 Let stand, covered, 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
Additional Information
Serve with a side salad.
