Ingredients
12 oz Bison, ground, raw (or Buffalo)
0.5 medium onions , grated
0.25 cup chopped parsley
7 tbsp Catsup , divided
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 eggs , slightly beaten
0.25 cup bread crumbs
1 pinch salt and pepper , to taste


Directions
1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2 In a bowl mix together the bison, onion, parsley, 4 tablespoons of catsup, Worcestershire, egg, salt and pepper. Pour in some breadcrumbs and blend
3 Take the 12 ounce meat and form in a small loaf. Pour the remaining 3 tablespoons of catsup on top.
4 Place in oven and cook for 40 minutes.
Additional Information
Make sure meat is cooked through, but do not over cook. A low carb meal you are sure to enjoy.
