Ingredients
0.25 cup low sodium soy sauce
2 tbsp canola oil
1 tbsp brown sugar
0.25 cup hoisin sauce
1.5 lb pork tenderloin , boneless
2 cup cooked white rice
4 fresh green onions , stalks only, diced


Directions
1 In a plastic bag, mix together the soy sauce, canola oil, brown sugar, and hoisin sauce. Marinate the pork inside the bag for at least 1 hour or overnight in the refrigerator.
2 Heat the oven to 350 degrees F. Take the pork out of the plastic bag marinade and roast for 15 minutes.
3 Let the pork cool off before serving. Can be served with 1/3 cup of rice and garnish with green onion.
