Servings
Ingredients
0.25 cup low sodium soy sauce
0.25 cup hoisin sauce
0.25 cup honey
1 tsp hot red pepper flakes
2 medium garlic cloves , minced
32 oz whole loin lean pork chops (8 4-ounce chops)
1 cooking spray

Directions
1 Whisk soy sauce, hoisin, honey, pepper, and garlic together and pour into a resealable plastic bag.
2 Place pork chops in bag and seal tightly. Chill overnight.
3 Preheat grill.
4 Take pork out of bag and throw out marinade. Arrange pork on a cooking spray coated grill rack.
5 Cook 3 minutes per side or until cooked through.
Additional Information
The chops need to marinate for at least 8 hours, so this is a great make-ahead dinner. NOTE: The sodium content is actually lower than listed in nutritionals because marinade is discarded.
