Servings
Ingredients
1 lb Pork, tenderloin, lean, raw , cut into 3/4-inch cubes
0.25 cup hoisin sauce
0.25 cup Ketchup, low sodium
1 tbsp sliced jalapeno peppers
1 pinch salt and pepper , to taste
1 fresh pineapple , peeled, cored and cut into 1-inch cubes (small)


Directions
1 Combine hoisin sauce, ketchup and jalapenos and set aside.
2 Season pork cubes with salt and pepper. Thread pork onto skewers. Grill over direct heat for about 4 minutes, turn and glaze with hoisin mixture. Continue cooking on grill until pork browns, about 8-10 minutes total cooking time.
3 Skewer pineapple and grill, glazing with hoisin mixture as well, for about 5 minutes.
