Ingredients
16 oz lean lamb loin chops (4 4-ounce chops)
2 medium garlic cloves , minced
1 tsp dried rosemary , crushed
1 pinch black pepper


Directions
1 Preheat the broiler.
2 Mix together the garlic and rosemary. Rub the mixture on both sides of the lamb chops, and sprinkle with pepper.
3 Broil for 4 to 5 minutes then turn over and broil another 4 to 5 minutes.
Additional Information
Best if served pink, but can be served well done.
