Ingredients
1 oz crumbled feta cheese
1 oz low fat cream cheese , softened
1 tbsp lowfat milk
1 medium garlic cloves , minced
0.12 tsp italian seasoning , crushed
1 medium red bell peppers , cut into strips (or green pepper)
1 medium carrots , cut into strips


Directions
1 Combine feta cheese, cream cheese, milk, garlic, and Italian seasoning in a small bowl. Stir until nearly smooth.
2 Cover and chill for at least 2 hours. Serve spread with peppers and carrot strips.
Additional Information
If desired, you could also top this spread with fresh thyme.
