1.75 cup reduced fat baking mix
0.5 cup ground flax seed , ground
0.75 cup fat free milk
0.25 tsp garlic powder (optional)
0.5 tsp dried rosemary (optional)


Directions
1 Heat oven to 450 degrees F.
2 Mix Bisquick, flaxseed, and milk and blend into a soft dough. Place on a clean surface sprinkled with Bisquick and knead 12 times.
3 Roll out dough 1/2-inch thick and use a 2 1/2-inch cutter or cup to cut 16 circles of dough.
4 Place cut pieces on an ungreased cookie sheet and sprinkle with garlic powder and herbs if desired.
5 Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Additional Information
Use fresh rosemary and boost flavor even more.
