Ingredients
1 cup Marinade, garlic herb, zesty, 10-minute , divided (Lawry's preferred)
1.5 lb Beef, top sirloin steak, lean, raw , boneless, cut into chunks
12 fresh mushrooms (med)
2 chopped green bell peppers , cut into 1 1/2-inch squares
2 medium onions , cut into chunks


Directions
1 In large resealable plastic food storage bag, combine 1/4 cup Herb and Garlic Marinade and beef chunks.
2 Seal bag and marinate in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, turning several times.
3 Remove beef from bag, discarding used marinade.
4 Using wooden skewers, alternate beef with vegetables to make kabobs until all are used. Grill or broil to desired degree of doneness, about 10 to 14 minutes, brushing with remaining 1/4 cup marinade.
Additional Information
May marinate overnight. Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 15 minutes to help reduce burning.
