Ingredients
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
0.5 cup fresh chopped green onion
2 medium garlic cloves , minced
1 cup low sodium chicken broth
0.75 cup frozen green peas
0.5 tsp dried basil , crushed (or Italian seasoning)
0.25 tsp salt
0.12 tsp black pepper , ground
0.67 cup couscous


Directions
1 Heat oil in saucepan over medium high heat. Add onions and garlic and sauté for 2 minutes or until tender.
2 Add broth, peas, basil, salt and pepper. Bring to boil.
3 Stir in couscous. Remove from heat. Cover and let stand for 5 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. Fluff with fork before serving.
