Ingredients
0.25 cup white wine , dry
1 tbsp olive oil
32 oz Fish, trout, rainbow, farmed, fillet, raw , dressed (4 8-ounce pieces)
0.25 tsp salt
0.12 tsp black pepper
0.5 cup fresh chopped green onion
2 tbsp fresh tarragon , chopped
2 tbsp fresh basil , chopped
1 tbsp fresh dill weed , chopped
1 cooking spray
1 medium lemons , cut into wedges


Directions
1 Preheat grill or broiler.
2 Whisk together wine and oil. Coat both sides of trout with mixture. Season both sides of trout with salt, pepper, onions, tarragon, basil, and dill.
3 Arrange trout on a cooking spray coated grill rack and cook 5 minutes or until trout is flaky. Garnish with lemon wedges.
Additional Information
Use any herbs that will impart flavor to the trout. Any light white fish will do for this recipe.
