Ingredients
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp minced onion
1 medium garlic cloves , crushed
1 tsp ground thyme
0.5 tsp dried rosemary , crushed
0.25 tsp ground sage
0.25 tsp dried marjoram
0.5 tsp salt
0.5 tsp black pepper , ground
0.12 tsp hot pepper sauce
4 whole chicken breast, raw
1.5 tbsp chopped parsley , fresh


Directions
1 Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
2 In a bowl, prepare the basting sauce by combining olive oil, onion, garlic, thyme, rosemary, sage, marjoram, salt, pepper, and hot pepper sauce.
3 Turn chicken breasts in sauce to coat thoroughly.
4 Place skin side up in a shallow baking dish. Cover.
5 Roast at 425 degrees F, basting occasionally with pan drippings, for about 35 to 45 minutes.
6 Remove to warm platter, spoon pan juices over, and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
Additional Information
Can also be made with skinless, boneless chicken breasts.
