Ingredients
0.25 cup fresh basil , minced
0.25 cup fresh lemon juice
2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
4 whole trout (4 oz each)
1 cooking spray
0.5 tsp black pepper , freshly ground
0.25 tsp salt
1 medium lemons , thinly sliced


Directions
1 Preheat oven to 350°F.
2 Combine basil, lemon juice, and olive oil in mixing bowl. Set aside.
3 Lightly coat 13"x 9"x 2" baking dish with cooking spray.
4 Place trout fillets in baking dish, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
5 Top with lemon slices, cover with one-half of basil mixture.
6 Bake 13-15 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with fork.
7 Spoon remaining basil mixture over fish, serve immediately.
Additional Information
Substitute 1/4 cup of your favorite fresh herb for basil.
