Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey, 7% fat, raw
1 eggs
0.75 cup Oats, rolled, old fashioned , *
0.5 cup fresh mushroom slices , minced
2 tbsp minced onion
0.5 tsp garlic salt
0.5 tsp black pepper , ground


Directions
1 Prepare an indoor or outdoor grill. Combine all ingredients except buns in a bowl. Divide turkey into 6 equal portions, shaping into patties ½-inch thick.
2 Grill 7 minutes on each side or until done.
Additional Information
* Not all oats are gluten free. You can substitute gluten-free bread crumbs or crackers for the oats in this recipe.
