Ingredients

1 cup butter
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup Zsweet® all natural sweetener
0.5 cup brown sugar
2.25 cup white all purpose flour (or whole wheat flour)
0.75 tsp baking soda
0.75 tsp salt
12 oz semi sweet chocolate chips


Directions

1 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
2 Mix together butter, brown sugar, and Zsweet until smooth. Add in eggs one at a time. In a separate bowl mix together flour, salt, and baking soda. Combine dry ingredients with the butter mixture a little at a time until smooth. Add in chocolate chips.
3 Spoon batter onto a greased cookie sheet and slightly flatten the tops of each cookie. Bake for 9 to 12 minutes. Let cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes before storing or eating.
