Directions
1 Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
2 In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, pumpkin, sugar substitute, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, salt, and evaporated milk.
3 Pour mixture into the pie crust . Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
4 Reduce the oven temperature to 350 degrees F and bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean ,about 40 minutes.
Additional Information
Don't forget to shake the can of evaporated milk before opening, so nothing settles on the bottom.
