Ingredients
1.5 lb Beef, flank steak, london broil, lean, raw, choice, 0" trim
2 tbsp fresh chopped green onion , finely minced
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tbsp honey
0.5 cup fresh diced pineapple (or 1/2 cup canned pineapple chunks, drained)
1 cooking spray


Directions
1 Coat the grill with cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes.
2 Remove any visible fat from the steak and grill the steak for 2 minutes.
3 In a small bowl, combine the green onion, ginger, honey and mix well. Spoon the sauce over the steak and grill for 3 minutes.
4 Add the pineapple pieces on top of and around the steak and grill for 2-4 minutes.
5 To serve, slice the steak thinly across the grain and serve with the warm pineapple.
