Directions
1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2 In a medium skillet brown ground beef, then drain thoroughly.
3 Sprinkle cheese in a cooking spray coated 9-inch pie dish. Top with ground beef.
4 Combine milk, and cornstarch. Add egg substitute and mix well. Pour over ground beef.
5 Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, or until custard is set.
