1 Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. 2 Heat an 8-inch cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté the ham for approximately 2 minutes then transfer to a bowl. Continue to heat the skillet. 3 Combine the muffin mix, milk, pecans, egg substitute, and the ham. Spoon the batter into the skillet. 4 Bake for approximately 15 minutes. Slice into 8 wedges.
Additional Information
If you do not have an iron skillet you can use an 8-inch round cake pan or an 8-inch square baking pan.
