1 Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. 2 Coat all sides of the bread with the cooking spray and place on a baking sheet. 3 Bake for 4 minutes then turn over, place the walnuts on the baking sheet, and bake for another 4 minutes. 4 Divide the salad greens onto 4 plates. Add the pear, ham, and cheese on top of the greens. Pour the vinaigrette over all. 5 Sprinkle with the walnuts and croutons.
