1 Preheat oven to 350ºF, and coat a 3-quart oblong baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. 2 Trim the crusts off the slices of the bread and discard. Line the bottom of the dish with six slices of bread, and place a slice of cheese on top of each slice of bread. 3 Sprinkle with the pieces of ham, and top with the remaining six slices of bread. 4 Blend together the eggs, egg whites, milk, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until well combined, and pour the egg mixture evenly over the layered bread. Cover with plastic wrap. 5 Refrigerate overnight or leave out at room temperature for 1 hour. 6 Cover and bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Done when top is puffed up, lightly browned, and the egg is cooked inside. Serve immediately.
