Ingredients
12 asparagus spears, fresh, small , trimmed
4 oz part skim ricotta cheese
0.25 tsp crushed garlic
1 tbsp fresh chives , finely chopped (or green onions)
4 oz Lunchmeat, ham, cooked, serving , thinly sliced (equal to 4 slices)


Directions
1 Place asparagus in a pot of boiling water and cook until tender but crisp, about 4 minutes. Drain and let cool.
2 Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
3 Place ham slices on a baking sheet.
4 In a small bowl, mix together the ricotta cheese, garlic, and green onions.
5 Evenly divide mixture and spread over each slice of ham. Top each with 3 asparagus stalks and roll up.
6 Bake until hot, about 3-4 minutes.
Additional Information
Ham can be replaced with Prosciutto, and can also be served at room temperature.
