1 Mix together the chicken broth, lemon juice, and cornstarch in a saucepan. Boil for about 1 minute, stirring continuously. Turn the heat off and add the parsley, salt, oregano, and rosemary. 2 Light the grill. 3 Coat the grill rack with the cooking spray. Grill, covered, for 6 minutes then turn over and grill for another 6 minutes. Serve with the warm lemon sauce.
