2 Coat baking dish with cooking spray. 3 Place halibut baking dish. Sprinkle lemon juice over fish. Place tomatoes, onions, basil, and salt on top
4 Bake 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.

Halibut skin is edible. If desired, skin steaks before or after baking.
