Servings
Ingredients
2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
24 oz raw halibut fillets (6-4 oz each)
0.5 cup white wine (dry)
3 oz fresh thyme
1 medium lemons , 6 thin slices
1.5 tsp fennel seed
6 parsley sprigs
1 pinch black pepper (to taste)


Directions
1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2 Cut 6 large squares of aluminum foil and spread olive oil on them.
3 Place one halibut steak in the center of each square.
4 Sprinkle each piece of fish with white wine.
5 Place a thyme sprig, lemon slice, a few fennel seeds, and a parsley sprig on each piece of fish.
6 Season with fresh ground pepper.
7 Seal the foil to make individual packets, and bake the packets on a baking sheet for 10-15 minutes.
8 Place packets on serving plates, open them, and slide steaks out onto plates.
