1 lb Fish, halibut, with skin, raw, Alaskan , 1 inch thick
0.25 cup fresh lemon juice
2 fresh plum tomatoes , chopped
2 fresh green onions , sliced diagonally
0.25 tsp dried basil
0.25 tsp salt , to taste (optional)
1 cooking spray


Directions
1 Preheat oven to 450°F.
2 Coat baking dish with cooking spray.
3 Place halibut baking dish. Sprinkle lemon juice over fish. Place tomatoes, onions, basil, and salt on top
4 Bake 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
Additional Information
Halibut skin is edible. If desired, skin steaks before or after baking.
