12 oz Beer, dark (Mexican style )
0.25 cup low sodium soy sauce
2 medium garlic cloves , minced
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp hot pepper sauce
16 oz Beef, top sirloin steak, lean, raw (4 (4-ounce) steaks)
1 pinch salt and pepper
5 piece green bell pepper strips (and/or red or yellow peppers, cut into quarters; optional)
1 tbsp salsa
1 medium limes , cut into wedges


Directions
1 In a large shallow glass dish or large heavy plastic food storage bag, combine beer, soy sauce, garlic, cumin, chili powder, and hot pepper sauce.
2 Add beef; cover dish or close bag. Marinate in refrigerator up to 12 hours, turning beef several times. Remove beef from marinade, discard marinade. Season with salt and black pepper.
3 Oil hot grill grid to help prevent sticking. Grill beef and bell peppers. If desired, on covered grill, over medium briquets, 8 to 12 minutes, turning once. Beef should be of medium doneness and peppers should be tender. Serve with salsa and lime wedges.
