Ingredients
1 medium avocadoes , peeled, pitted, and mashed
1 pinch salt and pepper
1 medium garlic cloves , minced
0.25 tsp chili powder
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
2 tsp minced onion
0.25 cup plain nonfat yogurt


Directions
1 Place the mashed avocado in a small bowl. Season with the salt, pepper, garlic, chili powder, and lemon juice.
2 Stir the onion in. Cover with yogurt to keep the mixture from darkening.
3 Refrigerate until serving time. Stir well, just before serving.
Additional Information
Avocado is made up of monounsaturated fat. You can enjoy it without guilt.
