1 Dredge fish in brown rice flour. 2 Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. 3 Place fish in skillet and brown fish slowly on both sides. Remove from pan and set aside. 4 To pan add butter, wine, capers, tomatoes, and olives, heating until the mixture begins to simmer. 5 Add fish back to the pan with the sauce and heat until cooked through. 6 Add lemon juice and serve.
